Matterhorn in Colour 50x70

Voor wie deze bergpartij niet direct herkent, dit is de Matterhorn. Een prachtige berg in de Alpen op de grens tussen Zwitserland en Italië. De herkenbare top en het harde contrast tussen de schaduwvlakken en de zonovergoten piek, maakt dit schilderij ideaal om op te delen in kleurvlakken. Matterhorn in Colour is onderdeel van het drieluik 'The Colour of Mountains' maar ook als losstaand kunstwerk aan te schaffen.

Gemaakt van gemixte media op een doek van 50x70cm met een natuurlijk eiken gekleurde baklijst. Op basis van muurverf (RAL9010) en acryl.

For those who do not immediately recognise this mountain, this is the Matterhorn. A magnificent mountain in the Alps on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The distinctive summit and the stark contrast between the shaded areas and the sun-drenched peak make this painting ideal for dividing into areas of colour. ‘Matterhorn in Colour’ is part of the triptych 'The Colour of Mountains' but can also be purchased as a standalone artwork.
